Do You Ship Worldwide?

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

We process orders as quickly as possible. Any request to modify or cancel must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests after this time may be denied. You can return your order for a full refund once it is received.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.


When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays or sales, additional processing time may apply.
We process orders Monday to Friday within 1–4 business days after purchase, and they are shipped the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

This depends on your region. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.


What If I Don’t Receive My Order?

If you do not receive your order within 35 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I Be Charged Taxes or Duties?

Prices on our site are listed excluding taxes in CAD or your local currency. You may be required to pay duties or taxes upon receipt of your order.
Taxes and import fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. Dinoflex is not responsible for delays caused by customs services. For more details, contact your local customs office.


How Do I Return an Item?

What If the Item Received Is Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

Please contact us if you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item.
Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any necessary references. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds are credited to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
